Subsurface Instruments has upgraded their popular VF-10R Utility Locator with a GPS receiver and Pathcom / Pathlink Technology. This upgrade delivers sub-meter accuracy to location enabled android and iOS field apps and enables precise mapping of lines during utility location activities. The GIS files can then be shared other stakeholders and clients enabling seamless workflow between parties.

With a powerful variable 10 watt transmitter, the VF GPS can function over long distances and locate deep lines. This device has eight industry standard operating frequencies, allowing the user to locate underground utilities in a variety of EMF environments.
