Easily find buried pipes and cables with the Leica DD130 Utility Locator:

Designed to be intuitive and easy to use, the new Leica DD130 Utility Locator is built to detect buried utilities such as pipelines, cables, and traced fiberoptics. Perfect for the beginner utility worker or a seasoned professional, this unit is designed to reduce the complexity normally associated with scanning for buried utilities. With additional high frequency options on the DD130 locator, operators will be able to conduct long-distance line tracing and will have more frequency options in high-interference environments.

Leica DD130 Utility Locator Used to find Underground Pipes and Cables

The easy-to-use DD130 Utility Locator:

Simple to use with minimal adjustment, the DD130 receiver has a built-in self-test function to ensure that the unit is working correctly when started. A monochrome display features a signal strength meter and a “hazard zone” notification alerts the operator to shallow utilities within 1 foot (30cm) of the locator. The DD130 locator has high-frequency capabilities in addition to the low frequency capabilities found in the DD120. This provides the operator with more flexibility in high EMF environments and allows for long-distance line tracing. The DD130 locator can receive at 8 kHz, 33 kHz, 512 kHz, and 640 kHz.
