The easy-to-use DD120 Locator:
Simple to use with minimal adjustment, the DD120 receiver has a built-in self-test function to ensure that the unit is working correctly when started. A monochrome display features a signal strength meter and a “hazard zone” notification alerts the operator if utilities are within 1 foot (30cm) of the base of the locator. The DD120 locator can receive at frequencies of 8 kHz and 33 kHz.
The Leica Midi Sonde: a powerful transmitter
The powerful Midi Sonde operates at industry standard frequencies of 8 kHz and 33 kHz. With an easy-to-read signal, the sonde has a diameter of 1.5 inches (38mm) and threading to allow attachment to drain rods, boring tools, and inspection cameras. Use this transmitter to locate and trace pipelines.
