Leica’s 3.15 inch transmitter clamp is designed for locates where a direct connection to a pipeline or cable is not available. Acting as a transmitting inductive coupler, the clamp induces a signal into the pipe or cable you are trying to locate. Perfect for insulated cables or lines located inside plastic ducts, the 3.15 inch inductive clamp is designed specifically for locating telephone, electrical, and cable TV lines. With an operating frequency range of 256 Hz through 200 kHz, this transmitter clamp will work with most pipe and cable receiver models. It connects directly with Leica DA175 and DA230 model transmitters.
